If you already run RPA on UiPath, UiPath Process Mining fits; if you want an enterprise-scale analysis platform across systems, Celonis is the better choice.

  • It depends on the scope and how complex the integration is, but from consultation through data integration design to analysis and visualization usually takes about 1.5 to 2.5 months. Implementing automated improvement with Action Engine adds more time.

  • Event logs come in through more than 900 standard connectors, including SAP, Salesforce and ServiceNow. ITSO also designs permissions, encryption and access control for the integration to your requirements, so adoption stays in line with your security policy.

  • Yes. You can start with a single process (for example, purchasing only) and expand as you see results. We recommend beginning with a PoC on the process with the biggest challenges.
